Tenderized slices of lean beef. This is what you would get as a "chicken fried steak," but by no means is that the only way you can prepare these. You can get quite creative with these. For example, you can treat them as a "poor man's steak" and make a nice pan sauce to go on top or make beef parmesan. If you're feeling really crazy, you could even stuff and roll them to simmer in a tomato sauce (almost like mini Italian braciole!)
