T-Bone - $24/lb

This comes from the short loin area and is a good ol' two-fer...it contains a part of the strip and the tenderloin separated by a bone shaped like a T. You get the best of both worlds: tenderness from the filet mignon and a bit of marbling from what's essentially a NY strip.
