This steak has a nice beefy flavor while being quite lean. Sometimes there's a nice fat cap that is left on top! Moderate on the tenderness scale and quite versatile as you could cook it whole as a steak or even slice it into a stir fry. Cooking it to rare or medium rare is a good way to preserve all the tenderness this cut has.
